youth aging out of foster care by providing the Inner Circle of support as mentors, teachers, business partners and leaders for foster youth transitioning to adulthood by providing stable housing, educational and employment assistance, access to medical, dental, and mental health, and life skills through connected relationships with caring adults.
WE ENVISION A WORLD
in which all youth have a group of caring adults to help them navigate the complex path to self-sufficiency. It is our vision that every young adult aging out of foster care has an inner circle of people in their lives that helps meet the different needs of the individual, helps them achieve their own goals and provides the path to begin their journey into adulthood by giving them the ability to realize their greatest potential toward becoming a self-sufficient and productive member of their community.
